PROMOTER:

The Promoter of this event is “Graduate Careers Australia Limited”. 

 

GENERAL:

• The Promoter has absolute and unfettered discretion to determine the location of an exhibitor. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, should the floor plan require expansion or retraction, the Promoter has the right to make the necessary changes.

• If an Exhibitor does not abide by the Terms and Conditions set by the Promoter, then this contract may be terminated. The Promoter as organiser of the Expo reserves the right to terminate the booking of any company found to be in breach of these terms and conditions of the Promoter or the Promoter’s suppliers.

• Participation in the Expo is at the sole discretion of the Promoter and is subject to conditions laid down by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or substitute any condition, provision or undertaking. Any matters not specifically covered herein are subject to decision by the Promoter.

• Participation as a Sponsor and/or Exhibitor in the Expo grants permission to the Promoter to provide company contact and address details for promotional purposes.

• No exhibitor shall display or distribute any advertisement, sign, banner, illustration or printed matter, which, in the opinion of the Promoter, is objectionable. The Promoter reserves the right to remove such material.

• Set-up and show times. Public hours are March 22nd 2010 to March 31st 2010.

• Booth Provisions. Promoter will provide a virtual booth in the Exhibitor’s chosen category.

• Uploading Material. The Exhibitor accepts full responsibility for uploading and maintaining the virtual contents of their booth. The Promoter will provide software for the uploading of booth contents and will provide adequate time for such uploads to take place.

• Compliance with Laws. Exhibitor will abide by all Federal, State, and City laws pertaining to safety and behaviour.

• Behaviour. Exhibitors agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, cooperative manner appropriate to the integrity of the attendees, fellow exhibitors, and show management staff.

• Manning Booth. The Promoter expects that the Exhibitor will have personnel remotely manning the booth for a minimum of one (1) hour per business day throughout the expo period.

• Violation Consequences. Violation of any of these terms and conditions or rules made by the sponsor in accordance with this contract may subject the Exhibitor to immediate expulsion from the Expo and the Exhibitor shall forfeit all payments made under the contract at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Promoter and Exhibitor shall not be relieved of any other liabilities and responsibilities under the terms and conditions of the contract.

• Exhibitor reserves the right to review all booth applications for final approval.

• The Exhibitor’s duly authorised representative assures that they are over 18 years old and have the legal right to purchase this booth on behalf of the Exhibitor.

 

PAYMENT TERMS: 

Payment must be made in full at time of booking, unless a Tax Invoice is requested, in which case payment must be made within 7 days of invoice date. Booth material cannot be loaded until payment is received in full.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All booth sales are final and no refunds will be given if the Exhibitor cancels.

 

TERMINATION OF EVENT:

Risk of Loss for Unavoidable Cancellation or Termination. Exhibitors bear risk of loss through show cancellation or termination for which the Promoter bears no responsibility. In the event that any outside force, beyond the Promoter’s control, cancels the Event or prevents it from taking place or continuing, such as, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil disobedience or terrorism, acts of war or work stoppage, the Promoter reserves the right to retain payments made by the Exhibitors to defray all Promoter's expenses and losses.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

The personal information obtained during the VCF will only be used for purposes relating to the event.  You may receive additional information regarding the VCF from the Promoter.  Your name and contact details may be passed on to the VCF's other Sponsors and Exhibitors.
